These terms are an agreement between you and Oversapiens. By downloading or using the apps or the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.이 약관은 당신과 오버사피엔스 사이의 계약이다. 앱이나 웹사이트를 내려받거나 사용하면 동의한 것이 된다. 동의하지 않으면 사용하지 말아야 한다.
Oversapiens is a personal assistant across iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac that helps you plan your time, follow through on it, and keep records about your sleep, meals, training, mental state and notes.오버사피엔스는 아이폰·애플워치·맥을 아우르는 개인 어시스턴트로, 시간을 계획하고 그것을 지켜 내고 수면·식단·운동·멘탈·노트에 대한 기록을 관리하도록 돕는다.
It is a personal organisation tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care, and contact a qualified professional about any health concern.이것은 개인 정리 도구다. 의료기기가 아니며 의학적 조언이나 진단이나 치료를 제공하지 않는다. 전문적인 진료를 대신해 사용하지 말고, 건강 문제는 자격 있는 전문가와 상의해야 한다.
Some features need an account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for what happens under it. You must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher.일부 기능에는 계정이 필요하다. 계정 접근을 안전하게 유지하고 그 계정에서 일어나는 일에 대한 책임은 당신에게 있다. 만 14세 이상이거나 당신 나라의 최소 연령 이상이어야 하며, 둘 중 높은 쪽을 따른다.
Free features are available without payment. Paid plans are billed through Apple as auto-renewing subscriptions, and renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.무료 기능은 결제 없이 쓸 수 있다. 유료 요금은 애플을 통해 자동 갱신 구독으로 청구되며, 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 갱신된다.
If we change prices we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.가격을 바꾸면 당신에게 적용되기 전에 알리고, 적용되기 전에 해지할 수 있다.
Everything you write stays yours. We claim no ownership of your notes, records or plans. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — and because your notes and records are stored in your own iCloud rather than on our servers, that permission is narrow in practice.당신이 쓴 것은 전부 당신 것이다. 우리는 당신의 노트·기록·계획에 대해 어떤 소유권도 주장하지 않는다. 당신을 위해 서비스를 운영하는 데 필요한 제한된 권한만 준다 — 그리고 노트와 기록이 우리 서버가 아니라 당신의 iCloud에 있으므로 그 권한은 실제로 좁다.

The agent acts on your instruction, on your machine, using your own credentials. You remain responsible for what you instruct it to do and for complying with the terms of any site it visits on your behalf. We work to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.법이 허용하는 범위에서 우리는 간접·부수·결과적 손해나 일실이익·데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않는다. 어떤 청구에 대해서든 우리의 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 당신이 우리에게 지급한 금액과 미화 50달러 중 큰 쪽으로 제한된다. 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않는다.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Seoul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules where you live.이 약관은 국제사법 규정과 무관하게 대한민국 법을 따르며 서울의 법원이 관할한다. 당신이 소비자라면, 이 조항이 당신이 사는 곳의 강행규정에 따른 보호를 빼앗지 않는다.
